These terms apply to your use of StudyKit Hub (“the site”), run by Ali Hamza (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use the site
The site is for people aged 13 and over. Younger users may use it with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher.
Using the tools
The tools are free to use for personal, educational and commercial work. You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or its visitors, or overloads or disrupts the service, for example with automated requests at a high rate.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text you enter. The tools process it in your browser, and we do not receive it. You are responsible for the text you use and for keeping your own backups, including exported notes.
Our content
The site's design, text, graphics and code are © 2026 Ali Hamza. All rights reserved. The source code is publicly visible on GitHub, but that does not grant a licence to copy, modify or republish it. You are welcome to link to any page and to share links with others.
Educational content
Any study guides, revision notes or worksheets published on the site will be general educational material. They will not be official syllabus or exam-board material, and they may contain errors. Unless a page says otherwise, you may use them for your own study and in your own classroom, but you may not republish or sell them without permission.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the tools accurate and available, but we do not promise that they are error-free, that results meet any particular standard, or that the site will always be online. Check important results yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost data, lost notes or decisions made using tool results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites that we link to.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, add or remove tools and pages at any time. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
